In this reality Operation: Zero Tolerance is a complete success and all the worlds super-powered beings have been locked away, and super-powered beings have been outlawed.
Exiles Mission: Was to "Find the one that would lead them", which turned out to be one of their own number, however thinking it was the Charles Xavier of this reality, they freed him to find that he was an evil mutant who wished to destroy humanity. He wiped out the minds of an entire city and banned together a team of X-Men to slaughter human beings. The Exiles eventually stopped this group, Mimic killing Xavier. The X-Men freed all the super-humans in the prison, at the cost of their teammate Magnus' life.
