Comic Name Standardization Template NO LINK (CnstNL)

This template is for the automatic standardization of Comic names to ease the user in inputting correct issue names. For instance, if 'Exiles Vol 1 1' was the text input into this template, 'Comics:Exiles Vol 1 1' would be returned, and if 'Comics:Exiles Vol 1 1' was the text input, 'Comics:Exiles Vol 1 1' would be returned. If either of these circumstances are true, the original text is returned.
