Making Beautiful Comics: pages

I am attempting to improve all the pages at Comics:WhateverTitle. In my humble opinion, long text lists of titles and issue numbers are practically useless. I would like to see the Comics: pages look more like the Covers: pages and contain more useful information. I dream of a day when there are no more Covers: pages, but only well written and arranged Comics: pages.
